1. About Us

Little Geek Academy is operated by Sébastien Ferrand, based in Bangkok, Thailand (179 Witthayu Rd, Lumphini, Bangkok). We offer coding lessons for children aged 3 and up, covering Scratch, Python, AI, and more, delivered at home, online, or at school. By booking a lesson or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Little Geek Academy provides private and small-group coding lessons for children, delivered in-home, at partner venues, or online. We also run coding camps and school workshops. The curriculum, schedule, and format are agreed at the time of booking.

3. Enrolment and Parental Consent

All students must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on behalf of the child. By booking, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to do so.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted per lesson or per package and communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due before the first lesson of each month, or as otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to pause lessons if fees remain unpaid for more than 7 days. Camp and workshop fees are non-refundable once the event has commenced.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full. Where possible, we will offer a make-up lesson, but this is not guaranteed. If we need to cancel, we will notify you promptly and arrange a credit or make-up session.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect students, parents, and guardians to treat our teachers and other students with respect, both in person and online (including in any virtual classroom or platform we use). Abusive or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of enrolment without refund of unused fees.

7. Photography and Media

We may occasionally photograph or film lessons and camps for use on our website and social media. If you do not consent, please inform us in writing before the session. We will never publicly identify children by their full legal name.

8. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, projects, curricula, and content produced by Little Geek Academy remain our intellectual property. Student projects created during lessons belong to the student. Our materials may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe, high-quality learning environment. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid for the affected lesson or period of service. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms or software used during lessons.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
